Compass Lumber Products has been a leading distributor for Redwood in Northern California, both in green and dry, for 31 years.   We stock a complete line of green Redwood, both rough and surfaced, in grades Construction Common thru Clear All Heart.   We are one of the very few companies certified to grade and supply stress graded redwood to uses such as cooling towers, foundation grade, etc.

We take great pride in our finger- joint program.  Over a period of 31 years, we feel we have developed the finest line of clear redwood, finger-joint, sidings and trim available.   Our sidings are vertical grain so we get NO grain raise.   All of our trim boards receive both an ALKYD (oil base) and ACRYLIC (water base) coat of primer.   Our sidings receive an alkyd based coat as acrylic is recommended to be applied on the job.     We stock both 16’ and 20’ in 1x2 -1x12 – 2x2 – 2x12 and 8 common redwood siding patterns.
