Does water make DreamDex slippery, or does the sun make it too hot to walk on?

Water actually makes DreamDex feel like it is more skid resistant than dry lumber. Resistance testing is being done.  DreamDex remains a pleasant temperature to walk on, even in the 90-plus Degree weather of northern California.
